Pop On Veneers's Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Pop On Veneers's Terms & Conditions and Pop On Veneers's Privacy Policy, both available on poponveneers.com, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Pop On Veneers’ Refer-a-Friend Program:
1. Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at poponveneers.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who is a new customer and arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
2. Referred Customer
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (e.g., using a different email address).
3. Referral Rewards
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order on the website for Pop On Veneers, greater than $240 before discounts and tax.
Rewards are free gifts that are awarded, depending on how many referrals you have already made. Rewards may be transferable. The spare veneers reward may only be redeemed after you have already purchased Pop On Veneers, and no additional design changes are necessary. Rewards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
4. Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Pop On Veneers's Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Pop On Veneers's sole discretion.
5. No Spam
You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Pop On Veneers’ Refer-a-Friend program.
6. Right to Close Accounts
Pop On Veneers reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Pop On Veneers' Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
7. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Pop On Veneers reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
8. Exclusions Apply
Offer cannot be combined with any other special offers or incentives. Offer not valid on gift cards, previous purchases, or replacement orders.
9. Referral Process and Rewards
How the Program Works: When you refer a friend, they will receive a link for $250 off their purchase of Pop On Veneers. After they make a purchase, we’ll process your reward, and you’ll receive a code to unlock your FREE arch of Spare Veneers! The more you refer, the more gifts you’ll be rewarded with.
How to Refer: Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to purchase Pop On Veneers, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Tracking Referrals: Enter your name and email at [Referrer Link] and click “My Stats” to track your referrals. You can also send yourself an email with your stats.
10. Referral Limits and Additional Gifts
Referral Limit: There is no limit to how many people you can refer. You can refer as many friends as you like. Rewards may vary depending on how many referrals you’ve already made! For the first 5 referrals, the more you refer, the more rewards you get.
Multiple Rewards: If your original Pop On Veneers order included both Top and Bottom arches, you can choose which arch to receive as your Spare Veneer. If your original Pop On Veneer order was a single arch, you will receive that same arch as your reward.
11. Conditions for Reward Redemption
Spare Veneers: Spare veneers are available only to those who have already purchased Pop On Veneers. They do not require additional impression molds as they use the digital copy made of your original teeth impressions.
Reward Expiry: You have 6 months to redeem your reward from the date it was issued.
Additional Purchases: If you would like both top and bottom spare veneers, you can add the second arch for $99 at checkout.
12. Referrals and Discounts
Referral Discount: The referral discount of $250 off Pop On Veneers is only valid for new customers.
Existing Customers: You cannot refer friends who are already customers of Pop On Veneers.
Multiple Purchases: You will only receive a reward for the first order of a new customer. Repeat purchases or purchases from existing customers are not eligible for rewards.
Cancellations or Returns: If your friend's order is canceled prior to fulfillment or returned within 30 days, your referral reward will not be applied.
13. Additional Information
Transferability of Rewards: Yes, rewards are transferable to someone who has already purchased Pop On Veneers.
Can I Choose Any Color for My Spare Veneers?: Yes, you can choose the same color as your original Pop On Veneers or a different color each time you receive a reward.
Can I Exchange My Reward?: Rewards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
